Tab audio: in the share dialog pick a Chrome/Edge Tab playing sound and enable "Share tab audio". Screen/window sharing on macOS won't include audio.
Full system audio: install BlackHole, route your system output through a Multi-Output device, then pick the BlackHole input above.
